Healthy Banana Oat Balls Recipe
      Ingredients:     ● 1 Banana - 100g (3.5 oz) without skin   ●  Rolled Oats - 85 grams (3 oz)     Directions:     1. Preheat an oven to 200°C (390°F).   2. Mash banana with a fork.   3. Add oats and mix well. You can use regular or quick oats.   4. Shape 5-6 balls and place them onto a baking sheet.   5. Bake for about 15 mins.   ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------   Tip:  Bites tastes best with any nut butter or tahini.    Storing:  Store in airtight container in a fridge up to 3 days.
